Meat Processing:

We use Midwest Meats of Abilene Kansas for all our processing. Average cost for processing is 1.50 per hanging weight pound.

They will help you with choosing the right cuts for you and your family. 

We do recommend:

  * Have your Premium STEAKS cut 1" or more in thickness other steak cuts can be 3/4 * GROUND BEEF 85/15
*Be sure to try these cuts STIR-FRY, FAJITA, BEEF TIPS and SOUP BONE. You can ask for the bones and organs to be saved.

*Soup bones are great for broth and have plenty of meat on them.
