Meat Processing:

We use Mid Westmeats of Abilene Kansas for all our processing. Average cost for processing is 1.25 per hanging weight pound.

They will help you with choosing the right cuts for you and your family. 

We do recommend:

  * Have your Premium STEAKS cut 1" in thickness other steak cuts can be 1/2 or 3/4 * HAMBURGER 85/15 if you like some good fat; We enjoy 90/10 *Be sure to try STIR-FRY meat, Fajita, and Soup bone.

*Soup bones are great for broth and have plenty of meat on them.
